Retaining wall

In cases where there are problems such as dissatisfaction of neighbors, techniques such as truss execution, stratum (strut) that is implemented within the space of the project, are classified in the group of methods of guard structure and are useful.

DSM & Jet grouting

In these methods, by mixing soil and fluids, which are mainly cement slurry, it improves the mechanical parameters of the soil and reduces the permeability.

Micropiles are small piles that are pushed into the ground by impact or vibration, so during installation, they move the surrounding soil and push it forward.

Nailing, Anchorage and Berlin wall

Nailing, anchoring, and Berlin wall systems are classified as back-sewing systems, which are performed by off-the-shelf reinforcement, often restrained inside the grout.

Top Down

In this method, first a well is drilled and the structural columns are placed on the piles. After the ground floor is executed, excavation is done under the roof slab and the beams are installed and then the retaining wall is installed.

Retaining wall design and soil improvement methods

The smart selection of the appropriate method for the implementation of the retaining wall and soil improvement can reduce costs, improve performance and take into account implementation considerations. Execution costs and materials can be reduced by entrusting the design to a powerful collection and performing several redesigns.

Surveying and monitoring (micro geodesy)

A competent surveying team (with work experience in similar projects) is required. It is necessary to use appropriate monitoring methods based on the dimensions of the project (fixed station, microgeodesy and instrumentation).

Holding tenders for geotechnical projects

According to the definition of bidding law, bidding is a competitive process to provide the desired quality (according to the bidding documents), in which the subject-matter obligations are offered to the bidder who has the lowest “appropriate” price.

Monitoring the implementation, consulting and plan controlling

Today, monitoring the short-term and long-term performance of design, implementation and quality of materials is a necessity to evaluate the performance of stabilization systems. The consultant can inspect and supervise the construction of the wall as well as consult on cost reduction.

Compilation and translation of technical books

Reinforced soil book

Book summary:

Reinforced soil is a collection of embankments (usually granules) in which the reinforcing elements in the soil, in the form of belts, are rebars. Reinforced soil is generally resistant to pressure and shear, but weak to traction. In reinforced soil, the presence of reinforcing elements in the direction of tensile strain improves soil behavior.

Soil Improvement book

Book summary:

Reinforcement strategies for foundation and in fact soil improvement under the foundation is one of the main problems in the construction of structures. With the increase in population and the observation of damages caused by earthquakes and other natural factors, this problem and the human need to create strong and durable structures and to strengthen and improve old structures has become more and more widespread.

Anchorage book

Book summary:

The principles of implementation of the restraint or anchorage method have many similarities with the nailing method. In this book, most of the topics related to design and execution are presented. This book is the result of the translation of reputable foreign sources, which has been compiled by the efforts of experienced geotechnical experts of Peyban Company.

Nailing book

Book summary:

Nailing was a creative technique used by Australian engineers to stabilize tunnel walls. After that, the use of nailing was used in various construction projects such as stabilization of railway trenches and highways, construction of excavated guard structures in the areas.

Micropile book

Book summary:

Micropiles are the same as small piles, but with different structure, function, and in this book, most of the topics related to design and execution are presented. This book is the result of the translation of reputable foreign sources, which has been compiled by the efforts of experienced geotechnical experts of Peyban Company.

Our Services Process

Dear employers’ opinion about Peyban

I am Ghotbizadeh, Executive Manager of Sepidar Project, Jordan Street, our digging depth was close to 17 meters. The north and south sides are the nailing and anchorage system, the east and west sides are the truss system, the movements are within the allowable and standard level. Peyban Engineering Technical Company finished our work, safely. Thank you very much.

Mr. Ghotbizadeh, Jordan Sepidar Poject

In the name of God, Considering the difficulty of excavation and stabilization processes in urban environments, selecting a capable contractor is a very significant issue. We entrusted the design, stabilization and excavation processes of the Mirdamad North Razan project to the Peyban group under the management of Dr. Majid Mohagheghi. Peyban Co. continued the project phases including the construction and installation of guard structures, panel removal, shotcrete, and excavation with regular planning. Finally, the 14.5-meter excavation process of the project was completed in the shortest possible time but with the best quality

Mr. Kelayeh, Mirdamad North Razan project

In the name of God. I’m glad to have the opportunity to explain about Peyban as a stabilization contractor. Because of importance of the speed, accuracy, and honesty in the words and actions of the contractor, I feel that the stabilization project is a major construction project. I saw these features in Peyban Company very strongly. I know this Peyban Company for 10 years. The economic conditions of the country are weak and the prices are changing every day, so the companies cannot fulfill their obligations under the contract. But Peyban Company, which is a very strong stabilizer, has also proved its stability to fulfill its obligations, and I am glad that for conducting this project well.

Mr. Mohaghegh, Saadat Abad project

We entrusted the soil stabilizer operation to Peyban Engineering Company and during the contract we signed with Dr. Mohagheghi, the stabilization of the pit is by nailing and anchorage and truss retaining structure methods. The weight of the structure is about 200 tons and the excavation area is about 1600 square meters. Excavation is done in two steps. The digging depth on the north side and south side is about 14 and 16 meters respectively. Digging began with a well-drilling operation and 48 wells were timely drilled by about twenty days

Eskan Sanat Pars Company, Khatam Al Nabeein project

I am Amir Akbari, the project manager of Yas Gholhak, my previous projects were in the form of complete traditional nailing and stabilization. Therefore, we decided to set up our new project based on modern technology. The new project is implemented based on top-down stabilization. According to our research and review, we concluded that we can entrust Peyban Co., which was one of our options, moreover, we have been working with this company for a year. Their technical team was very professional so that we are completely satisfied with the top-down stabilization system

Mr. Akbari, Gholhak Project

I am Bayat, the owner of Ivan Farmanieh commercial and administrative project. Our project complex is 64,000 cubic meters of excavation volume at a depth of 30 meters from the base level, which was done by the Peyban company monitoring by Dr. Mohagheghi. From the beginning to the end, we had no problems with agile forces and experienced personnel. This project was completed in perfect health. Our project is a combination of TopDown, Nailing, and Strand basically. We completely used the top-down method of the western side of our project. That excavation, speculation, and execution of the gallery and all the cases were done by Peyban company within the specified time.
